The connection with Alexa no longer works. What should I do?
If you have problems linking to Amazon's Alexa, the easiest way is to unlink your devices and then link them again.
To do this, go to the Alexa app, select 'Devices' at the bottom of the Finder and then the 'Lamps' icon at the top of the Finder. To remove the lamp, select the paired device, click on the gear and then on the trash can.
To reconnect your device, go to the symbol with the three lines 'More' at the bottom of the Finder. Then click on 'Add device' and select 'Lamp'. Our Klyqa lightbulb is currently listed under 'Other'. If you select 'Find device', make sure that your Klyqa lightbulb is switched on via the light switch. The app should now find the lamp within 45 seconds. Finally, the device is set up and is now operational again.
We explain how the general setup with Alexa works in this article .
Why is my connection not working?
If your lamps are no longer displayed in the app or if operation via the app is not possible, turn off our lamps using the light switch.
Then you turn them on using the light switch and wait about 20 seconds until they have reconnected to the WiFi and the app.
If this doesn't work, try performing a factory reset and resetting your bulb to factory settings. You can find out how to do this here .
Update the firmware. To do this, go to “Settings”, then to the menu item “Update” and then click on “Update now”.
If you cannot connect your lightbulb to the Wi-Fi despite trying several times, make sure that your Wi-Fi has a 2.4 GHz connection.
We explain here why you need a 2.4 GHz network.
You can find out how to change your WiFi to 2.4 GHz here .

Why does the lamp no longer work after the aborted installation process?
Your lamp will no longer be recognized by the app if you tried to add a device and canceled the installation process.
To resolve the issue, perform a manual “ Factory Reset ” on the lamp for which you aborted the installation process.
Then add it again in the app using the "+" and "Add device".
My lamp is not accessible in the app. What should I do?
This is annoying, but in most cases can be quickly fixed:
- First try restarting the app . To do this, you should close it completely and also remove it from quick launch.
- If that doesn't work: Unplug the smart lamp completely and then switch it on manually. Now wait until it appears in the app .
- If you have tried setting up your lamp several times without success, try resetting it to default settings .

The link with 'Ok Google' no longer works. What now?
It may happen that Klyqa no longer appears in the list of linked smart home services and you still cannot re-link Klyqa.
In this case, 'Ok Google' / Google Assistant simply tells you that Klyqa is already linked and you have no way of deleting the link or searching for new devices. Unfortunately, 'Ok Google' / Google Assistant behaves very strangely here and you can only remove the link to Klyqa via the browser.
To do this, go to this link to your linked Google accounts and click on “Unlink”.
You should then be able to re-establish the link. We have described how to do this here .
