Shipment

Shipping options:

Currently, the shipping option available to you is "standard shipping", with which we only ship within Germany. The delivery time is 1-3 working days. Working days are Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays. All orders are shipped within Germany via DHL GoGreen.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation, DHL Parcel Shop or post office is not possible.

Shipping costs:

Standard shipping is free within Germany.

Return:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns without postage paid. If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@klyqa.de.
