Terms and conditions for filter exchange
The exchange is organized by Klyqa, a brand of QConnex GmbH, Friesenweg 1, 22763 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "Klyqa").
By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:

Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and reside in Germany. Excluded from participation are employees of Klyqa, as well as all persons involved in the creation and execution of the promotion and the family members of all the aforementioned individuals.
Participation requires the prior purchase of an Air Klyna air purifier with a HEPA filter from Klyqa. Filters from other manufacturers are not part of the promotion and will not be considered. A maximum of one filter per household will be exchanged.
The promotion begins on December 1, 2025, and ends on December 5, 2025. Late entries, for any reason, cannot be considered. Participation in the exchange program requires that participants meet the following requirements:
- Share a photo of the used filter in your story and tag the profile @klyqa_DE.
- Like the post about the filter exchange campaign
- Follow the Klyqa account
- Allow Klyqa to share the story by participating
Photos must show the original product. Photomontages or AI-generated images are not accepted as evidence. A cash payout is not possible. Klyqa reserves the right to end the promotion if the supply of replacement filters is exhausted. This promotion is not affiliated with Meta/Instagram.
Participants will be contacted via the Instagram comment section. The participant agrees that Klyqa may send personal messages for the purpose of processing the registration.
The filter exchange is carried out by sending the replacement filter to the participant; the prize will only be shipped within Germany.
Klyqa reserves the right to exclude participants if Klyqa determines that they have violated the terms and conditions of participation. Multiple or simultaneous participation by one person in the promotion using pseudonyms or via third parties, or any other use of unauthorized means to manipulate the promotion, will result in the participant's exclusion. All information provided for participation must be truthful.
The participant guarantees that the content they submit, especially videos and images, is free from third-party rights and that the content is either their own or that they have obtained the necessary consent from the copyright holder and any persons depicted in the images and videos. Furthermore, the submitted content must not contain any insults, false statements, or infringements of competition, trademark, or copyright law. The participant is liable for any legal violations.
The participant grants Klyqa a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use all submitted content without any geographical, content-related, or temporal restrictions. In particular, the participant agrees that Klyqa may use, distribute, and otherwise make available to third parties the submitted content, especially videos, photos, and the participant's name, in connection with the campaign and the presentation of the participants' contributions and the selected performers, both online and offline. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication of the submitted videos and photos on the internet. For these purposes, Klyqa is permitted to edit the uploaded content and, if necessary, grant usage rights to third parties.
Privacy Policy
The personal data of the participants, including name, address, and Instagram user ID, will be stored, processed, and used by Klyqa in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the promotion. By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the storage, processing, and use of their data by Klyqa. The data will be deleted after the promotion has been conducted and processed.
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right to free access to information about their stored data from Klyqa, as well as, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking, or erasure of this data. Participation in the promotion may then no longer be possible.

Final provisions:
To the extent legally permissible, Klyqa accepts no liability for errors or misprints, nor for any damages that may arise in connection with the provision and use of prizes. These limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Klyqa, in cases of mandatory statutory liability, or in cases of bodily injury caused by negligence. Technical or other problems beyond Klyqa's control are not subject to Klyqa's liability.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
Klyqa may change the terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
These terms and conditions of participation constitute the final regulations for the promotion.
Participants cannot make any claims against Instagram related to this promotion or their participation in it. Participants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. All inquiries and comments regarding the giveaway should be directed to Klyqa, not Instagram.
