Terms and conditions for the Instagram giveaway

The organizer of the competition is Klyqa, a brand of QConnex GmbH, Friesenweg 1, 22763 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "Klyqa").

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:

Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and reside in Germany. Excluded from participation are employees of Klyqa, as well as all persons involved in the creation and execution of the promotion and the family members of all the aforementioned individuals.

The promotion begins on March 6, 2026, and ends on March 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Late entries, regardless of the reason, cannot be considered. Participation in the contest requires participants to complete the following tasks:

• Follow the Klyqa account @klyqa_de.
• Photograph your favorite product at the Klyqa booth at the "Fellnasen & Friends" trade fair.
• Create a Reel on Instagram with the image and describe why the participant would like to have this product.
• Tag @klyqa_de in the post.

Participants' profiles must be public to participate.

The prize is one of five products of your choice, each worth up to €149.99. The winner(s) will be determined internally on March 11, 2026.

Sequence

The winner will be notified via the Instagram comment section. By participating, you agree that Klyqa may send you personal messages to process the prize if you win.
The winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw. They must then respond within 3 days via Instagram message or email to info@klyqa.de and provide their address. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, their claim to the prize is forfeited. The prize is also forfeited if the participant cannot be reached via Instagram Direct Message, if the address provided is incorrect, or if the prize cannot be delivered for any other reason attributable to the winner.

The prize will be awarded by sending it to the winner. Prizes will only be shipped within Germany.

Klyqa reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if Klyqa determines that they have violated the terms and conditions of participation. Multiple or simultaneous participation by one person in the promotion using pseudonyms or via third parties, or any other use of unauthorized aids to manipulate the promotion, will result in the participant's exclusion. All information provided for participation must be truthful.

The competition may be extended, modified, or terminated prematurely without giving reasons. Klyqa accepts no liability for missed opportunities to win.

If participation in a competition requires the posting of comments or images, participants must not include insults, false statements, violations of competition, trademark or copyright law, or other illegal content. The participant is liable for any legal violations.

The participant guarantees that the content they submit, especially videos and images, is free from third-party rights and that the content is either their own or that they have obtained the necessary consent from the copyright holder and any persons depicted in the images and videos. Furthermore, the submitted content must not contain any insults, false statements, or infringements of competition, trademark, or copyright law. The participant is liable for any legal violations.

The participant grants Klyqa a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use all submitted content without any geographical, content-related, or temporal restrictions. In particular, the participant agrees that Klyqa may use, distribute, and otherwise make available to third parties the submitted content, especially videos, photos, and the participant's name, in connection with the campaign and the presentation of the participants' contributions and the selected performers, both online and offline. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication of the submitted videos and photos on the internet. For these purposes, Klyqa is permitted to edit the uploaded content and, if necessary, grant usage rights to third parties.

Privacy Policy

The personal data of the participants, including name, address, and Instagram user ID, will be stored, processed, and used by Klyqa in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, participants consent to the storage, processing, and use of their data by Klyqa. The data will be deleted after the prize draw has been conducted and administered.

According to the German Federal Data Protection Act, participants have the right to free access to information about their stored data from Klyqa, as well as, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking, or erasure of this data. Participation in the promotion may then no longer be possible.

Final provisions:

The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment is excluded, as is legal recourse.

To the extent legally permissible, Klyqa accepts no liability for errors or misprints, nor for any damages that may arise in connection with the provision and use of prizes. These limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Klyqa, in cases of mandatory statutory liability, or in cases of bodily injury caused by negligence. Technical or other problems beyond Klyqa's control are not subject to Klyqa's liability.

Should Klyqa be unable to provide the prize for reasons beyond its control, Klyqa reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

Klyqa may change the terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

These terms and conditions of participation, including the competition mechanics, constitute the final rules for the promotion.

Participants in the giveaway cannot make any claims against Instagram related to the giveaway or their participation therein. Participants acknowledge that the giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. All inquiries and comments regarding the giveaway should be directed to Klyqa and not to Instagram.
