I've enabled the local network option, but onboarding still fails. What can I do?

If onboarding fails despite the Local Network option being enabled
fails:

  1. Make sure your smartphone and Klyqa devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Restart your smartphone and the Klyqa devices.
  3. Check if there are any updates for the Klyqa app in the App Store.
  4. If the problem persists, contact Klyqa support.
