My Klyna vacuum robot VC1 is not charging, what should I do?
- First, make sure that the charging station is on a flat surface or on the wall.
- Make sure the charging station is in an open and clear location.
- Make sure the power cable is plugged into the bottom of the charging station.
- Clean the charging contacts of the charging station and the robot if there is dust on them.
We recommend cleaning the charging contacts monthly.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum cleaner beeps continuously with a red flashing display?
Gyroscope error. Please turn off the robot and clean the optical flow sensor.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum beeps twice with a red flashing display?
Bumper error. Please check if the bumper is blocked.
- Check to see if the bumper can be pushed down. If not, it may be blocked by foreign objects.
- Tap the bumper of the robot vacuum several times to remove any debris that may be underneath.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum beeps three times with a red flashing display?
Anti-drop sensor error.
- Check whether the device is stuck on a staircase and cannot turn around. Please move your robot vacuum to another location.
- Please check if there is any dirt on the anti-drop sensors. If so, turn off the robot and clean the anti-drop sensors.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum cleaner beeps continuously with a solid red light?
Wheel error. Please check if the wheel is blocked.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum beeps twice with a solid red light?
Side brush error. Please check if the side brush is stuck.
What happens if my Klyna VC1 robot vacuum beeps four times with a solid red light?
Main brush error. Please check if the main brush is stuck.
What if the water tank of my Klyna robot vacuum cleaner VC1 only releases very little water?
- Please check that the wiper cloth is inserted correctly according to the instructions. It is recommended to clean the cloth after each use.
- Please check whether the water tank is filled with enough water.
My Klyna VC1 robot vacuum cleaner makes unusual noises when cleaning. What can I do?
Please make sure that the main brush, side brush and wheels are not blocked by foreign objects. If necessary, remove these and your robot vacuum should then resume normal operation.
My Klyna robot vacuum cleaner VC1 suddenly stops cleaning and returns to the charging station. What can I do?
If the robot's battery is low during cleaning, it will automatically go to the charging station to recharge.
My Klyna robot vacuum cleaner VC1 does not return to the charging station. What can I do?
If the charging station is too far away, the robot may not be able to return to charge. You can manually put the robot back into the charging station. Please make sure the charging station is always plugged in, otherwise the robot will not return automatically.
My Klyna vacuum robot VC1 is not charging. What could be the reason?
- There are too many obstacles near the charging station. Please move the charging station to an open area.
- The robot vacuum cleaner is too far from the charging station. Please try to place the robot near the charging station. Note: We recommend placing the charging station on the wall to prevent the robot from accidentally changing the direction of the charging station.
- The charging station is not receiving power. Please make sure that both ends of the charging station's power cable are properly plugged in.
- Error in the contacts. Please clean the charging contacts of the docking station and the robot.
