How do I set up my Klyna vacuum robot VC1?
Before setting up, it is recommended that you turn off your smartphone's cellular data and make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Place the VC1 robot vacuum as close to the router as possible.
- Connect the device to the power supply and turn the VC1 onto its back. Then turn on the power switch.
- Log in to the Klyqa app and tap the plus sign “+” on the home screen or in the top right corner if you already own other compatible Klyqa products. Then select “VC1”.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap OK.
Note: Your robot vacuum cleaner is not compatible with the 5GHz WiFi network. Please make sure the available network is 2.4GHz WiFi.
- Hold and press the two buttons on the front of the robot vacuum simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear two short beeps and the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly.
- Tap "Connect" to connect the robot vacuum to the network. If you are using an Android phone, you will be directed to your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings. In this case, select "Robot Vacuum VC1".
- Return to the Klyqa app and select "Next". Wait until the configuration is 100% complete, then tap "Done".
Congratulations! Your Klyna vacuum robot VC1 is ready for use.
What can I do if my Klyna vacuum robot VC1 cannot connect to the network?
If you receive the information that the Klyqa app cannot connect to the device's network, please try resetting your VC1 robot vacuum cleaner first.
We recommend turning off your smartphone's cellular data and making sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Place your VC1 robot vacuum as close to the router as possible.
Hold and press the two buttons on the front of the vacuum cleaner at the same time for 3 seconds until you hear two short beeps and the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly.
Note: If the VC1 robot vacuum cleaner is still not on the Wi-Fi list after resetting, restart your smartphone and try the configuration again.
What can I do if the status of my Klyna robot vacuum cleaner VC1 is offline?
- Please check whether the robot vacuum cleaner is switched off.
- Please check whether the Wi-Fi password has been changed or whether you have connected your smartphone to another network.
If you use a new router or change your Wi-Fi credentials (network name or password), you will need to reconnect your device to the new network and reconfigure it. - Please check whether the robot vacuum cleaner is too far from the router or the connection has been disconnected.
- Please check if the maximum number of connected devices for the router has been reached.
- Swipe down the Klyqa app home screen to refresh the connection.
- If it still doesn't work, try resetting your VC1 robot vacuum and then adding it to the app again.
How do I reset my Klyna vacuum robot VC1?
Hold and press the two buttons on the front of the vacuum cleaner at the same time for 3 seconds until you hear two short beeps and the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly. This means that your VC1 robot vacuum has been successfully reset.
