Why won't my Air Klyna connect to Wi-Fi?
🔹 Make sure your Wi-Fi is using 2.4 GHz (not 5 GHz).
🔹 Reset the device and try again.
🔹 Position it closer to the router for a better signal.
🔹 Restart the router.
When do I need to change the HEPA filter?
📲 The Klyqa app will notify you when it's time for an exchange.
Why is the airflow weaker than before?
🔹 The filter is dirty – clean or replace it .
Why does the Air Klyna smell strange?
✔️ New device – Initially there may be a slight plastic smell (normal).
✔️ Old filter – A change may be necessary.
✔️ Burnt smell? – Contact support immediately!
Why is the device loud?
🔹 High speed – Set a lower level.
🔹 Auto mode – When the air is heavily polluted, the device runs more intensively.
🔹 Something stuck in the air outlet? – Switch off the device, turn it upside down and remove the object.
